Batmunkh Tsaka was a Green Storm stronghold, a static city in Shan Guo. It was mentioned in Infernal Devices and A Darkling Plain. It acted as central stalker works during the Traction War, but was destroyed when the Stalker Fang fired ODIN. Before then, it was a source of misfortune for aviators and mercenary fleets that attempted to neutralize it, but to no avail, with attackers tending to be shot down and Resurrected as Stalkers.
