Gormless was a prominent Brightonian sculptor during the Green Storm War. His artworks were used to decorate the city's public space. He was present at the MoonFest celebrations on Lord Mayor Nimrod Pennyroyal's floating palace on Cloud 9. Following the Battle of Brighton, he was presumably taken captive by Green Storm forces.
