Oil-Drilling Cities

Oil-Drilling Cities are Taction Cities that drill for oil. They are found in Antartica. Though they never appear in the series, Tom Natsworthy and Hester Shaw visit them in the Jenny Haniver between Mortal Engines and Predator's Gold, where they apparently made a fortune (which they later lost to air pirates).
