Resort cities are cities that are seen as exotic and interesting. The higher classes go on holidays to these cities. Resort cities are usually strong in the arts. Resort cities usually don't hunt smaller towns, as it does bad to their reputation. Despite being seemingly good places on the outside, dark and violent events are known to happen within; such as when Brighton was capturing Lost Boys and selling them as slaves, or when Shrike was an executioner aboard Paris.
